Most fit-up problems come down to not having the right square in reach. The Six Shooter covers the range — the Minion, the Mega and the Monster, all 6", all cast aluminum, for $88 less than buying them separately.
The Minion is the compact one, 6" x 4" x 1.5", and it ships as a matched left and right. It shows up for tight spots and quick setups, and the 4" side is sized for picket spacing on gates and fences. It is the only square in our lineup with a built-in 60/30° angle, and the cutout gives you access when you are clamped at 90°. Match the 60° angle on the left and right, clamp them together, and you have a parallel surface for spacing.
The Mega is the workhorse. Edge-machined 90° and 45° surfaces, and the inner web cradles round pipe like a V-block so you can clamp tubing for square welds.
The Monster handles layout. Open 90° insets and deep corner reliefs give your torch room to get into inside and outside corners. Add edge alignment pins and it works as a speed square. All of them have 1/4-20 tapped holes on both sides for tool-free alignment tabs, so you can set a reference shelf that keeps parts from twisting. Cast aluminum — light enough for mobile work, rust-proof, and a good heat sink on thin material.
