The Dragon Wagon is purpose-built for a different kind of user — someone who wants a highly organized, fully mobile, all-in-one workstation. Everything you need to do your job — welder, gas bottle, tooling, fixtures, seating — can be stored at or around the Dragon Wagon, and the whole setup rolls with you wherever you need to work. One of the Dragon Wagon’s most powerful features is that it is designed to be combined. The 4-inch sidewall is specifically engineered to allow multiple Dragon Wagons to be joined together — creating L-shapes, long runs, square configurations, or whatever your shop layout requires. They can also serve as a temporary expansion surface alongside any Standard Duty or Heavy Duty table.
BEST SUITED FOR:
• Robotic welding cells — specialized tooling and fixtures organized and kept close at hand
• Home hobbyists — who want a professional-grade table without a large floor footprint
• Colleges and training facilities — looking for a compact, professional workstation
• Any shop — wanting a flexible, mobile secondary or satellite station
Connect any number of tables together by using tacking bolts along with spacers.
1/2” thick Gray Cast Iron on top and 1/2” thick sides, additional reinforcement ribs underneath. Machined flat on all 5 sides to within +/- 0.0025” per 24” x 24” area. Side apron on the tables are 4” tall with 1 row of holes.

These spacers are designed for table systems with 3/4" diameter holes where the table thickness is less than 1".
Fireball tacking bolts are designed to clamp 1" thick Fireball blocks to 1" thick tables. When used with thinner tables, a spacer is required to achieve proper clamping force.
For Pro Series & Dragon Wagon & Standard Duty Tables which are 1/2" thick, we recommend using one 1/2" thick FA75-BSP050 spacer per tacking bolt.
FA75-BSP050 spacers are required for proper use and are sold separately.
These are included only when the workstation add-on is selected.
Modular system that allows for a huge variety of accessory customization. (Add shelves seats, leg braces, slag tray and more.

The Fireball Tool fixture system is superior to others on the market. It features blocks that can be used in many different ways to maximize their usage. It also can be incrementally adjusted to ensure maximum coverage as efficiently as possible while others fail to reach certain distances without a complicated fixture.
This is how to install legs on a Dragon Wagon. Remember, it is heavy so try to get a friend to help you.
Step 1: Stand the table up on its side (You can use a clamp in one of the side holes in order to get a grip, there is a GIF at the bottom that demonstrates this)
Step 2: Brace the table so it does not tip over.
Step 3: Put the legs on horizontally, starting from the bottom legs (make sure the holes line up on each leg across from one another). Torque the bolts to 30 ft. lbs.
Step 4: Stand the table up now that all legs are on. Remember, the table weighs upwards of 200 lbs - 400 lbs depending on the size, so be very careful (this is where your friend can help)
